Artistic Director

KC (she/her), a multi-disciplined movement practitioner, began her training as a competitive gymnast in southern Indiana. She found her love for dance and its expressive art form later in her elementary years through competitive and classical dance training. KC moved to Chicago in 2013 to begin her professional dance career where she performed with various dance companies and worked as a freelance artist before joining Dance Crash in 2014. She currently studies various street dance styles and competes in street dance events across Chicago. She’s had the opportunity to train, perform and create with some of North America’s most innovative artists, teachers and choreographers such as James Gregg, Christopher James Ayala of Phaze ll, Ben Wardell, Katlin Michael Bourgeois, Annie Franklin and Brien Parish among others.

Now, creatively leading the organization Ms Bevis has served as a performing artist of 10 seasons and 6 seasons as rehearsal director where she set repertoire, choreographed, performed, and managed talent and educational outreach programs.
