About the teaching artist!
Daniel is an understudy of experimental movement derived from the art of popping and hip hop. This experimentation has been brought to film under his co ownership of Purus Motus, which highlights improvisation across a spectrum of movement and interpretation of real life situations. Having taught improvisation for the last 6 years, Daniel’s technique is not only for street artist, but can apply itself to a multitude of styles.
What to expect from class!
Daniel’s advanced improvisation class comes at movement from a different perspective allowing the movement to be a combination of focused intent from the viewpoint of the mover in a much more immersive influence. In others words the class is there to teach you how to move with the whole self and not just the highlight reel of our existence.
