Chicago Dance Crash’s Keeper of the Floor returns for one-night-only to the Wave Wall Stage at Navy Pier!
Sponsored by Chicago LIVE! at Navy Pier, cap off the outdoor summer season with Crash’s longest-running dance production, bringing some of Chicago’s best movers together for a one-of-a-kind, crowd-voted competition.
The Keeper of the Floor: SPIN THAT edition will test a different part of each competitor’s musical awareness. From embodying lyrics and recognizing deep cuts and one-hit wonders to answering trivia that puts their music knowledge to the test, each round brings a new challenge. Points add up throughout the night as preselected teams go head-to-head through a mix of individual challenges, team battles, trivia, and bonus rounds.
And the audience gets in on it too. You might find yourself answering to our KTF host Mattrick Swayze, helping a team score a point, or getting pulled into the action yourself.
The night culminates in a head-to-head team battle: 10 continuous minutes with DJ B-Gram P in the ultimate test of who can truly handle whatever gets spun.
Come ready to shout as this year’s talented pool of freestylers compete for the championship title and the solid gold KTF championship belt… it goes with everything!
