The crowd couldn't get much rowdier as KTF 14 (March 27th, 2009) saw a new champion crowned in Breakdance Chicago representative... Torsion!

Host Mattrick Swayze and his lovely assistant, Mrs. Russo, hosted a soldout house of competition-hungry fans in an event that could only be described as "one for the books".

Torsion survived a grueling final round against KTF veteran Laura Maceika in addition to surviving possibly the best group of participants we've ever had to date.

Other special mentions, new CDC Company Member Jessica Deahr lasted all the way to the top 3 in just her first try at "Keeper of The Floor". Chicago's hip hop fusion pioneer and former champion, Garrett Jones, gave an impromptu speech before his exhibition solo... describing himself humbly as "the best dancer in America".
